When you start digging into The Black Hack there's an absolute ton of material out there but a lot of good stuff is in the hacks settlement rules in The Wasteland Hack, Aspects in Heroic Fantasy, etc. The only supplement I own for 2nd edition is the recently released to Kickstarter backers at least Classic Monsters.
It's not great for newcomers, as it doesn't have illustrations or much if any description of the monsters, but if you're an RPG veteran it's got a lot of bang for it's buck. They're easy to slot into play and well thought out.
The Lazaro Heresies - This is actually a series of three blog posts. Two of those posts are about character classes but the first is just a set of house rules for the 1st edition.
The No Class Hack - A great resource if you want to have more freeform character creation, but it's also a useful resource if you're going to create your own classes. It also contains Drawbacks, which I think are a cool addition, and a bunch of other material too. The Normie Hack - If you generally prefer lower fantasy, or want to move away from fantasy altogether, then this is excellent.

Find all posts by Otikeu. I would wait but I'll be sure to report any bugs! I'd perfer this more as will others, since it makes it east to disable or uninstall the hack is needed.

The hack installre system DOES reference to an xml file. Besides, I included an uninstaller as well, so there's no problems.
